Shipping and Exchange

ViaraNexus Technologies Private Limited builds software, not physical products. Gains In Motion (GIM), Rook, and every other app we build are delivered entirely digitally — there is no physical item to ship, and no shipping or exchange process applies to anything we sell.

When you subscribe to a paid GIM plan, access to that plan's features is granted immediately within the app once your payment is confirmed. If you don't receive access after a successful payment, contact gim.support@viara.tech and we'll resolve it.
