This policy currently applies to Gains In Motion (GIM), the only ViaraNexus Technologies app with paid subscriptions today. Rook (Family Financial OS) is currently free, with no billing — this page will expand to cover it if that changes.
GIM offers three tiers, billed monthly or yearly: Starter at ₹199/month or ₹1,599/year, Pro at ₹799/month or ₹5,999/year, and Pro++ at ₹1,199/month or ₹9,999/year. An optional Max human-coaching add-on is available on top of Pro or Pro++ for an additional ₹2,999/month. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each period via your chosen payment method (card or UPI AutoPay), processed through Razorpay.
Every new GIM account starts with a free trial of 7 days, on Starter or Pro. Nothing is charged during the trial, so no payment is taken up front. If you choose a plan before the trial ends, billing starts from that point under the plan you chose. If you don't, the trial ends on its own, GIM access pauses until you subscribe, and there is nothing to cancel or refund. We send reminders 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
Cancel any time by emailing gim.support@viara.tech from your account's email address, or from your account's plan settings inside GIM once self-serve cancellation is available there. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewals — your plan stays active for the rest of the month you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after that. There's no refund for the current month.
Cancelling a yearly plan ends your access immediately and triggers the partial refund described below, rather than running out the rest of the paid year.
Cancelling the base plan (Starter, Pro, or Pro++) also ends the Max coaching add-on, if you have it; Max can also be cancelled on its own while keeping the underlying plan. Downgrading to a lower tier (without cancelling outright) takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep your current tier's access through the period you've already paid for.
Monthly plans are not refundable — cancelling simply stops the next renewal, as above.
Yearly plans are partially refundable if you cancel before the year is up. The month you cancel in always counts as fully used — we don't prorate a partial month. We count how many months (including the current one) have elapsed since your last renewal, refund the remaining months' pro-rated share of your yearly fee, then deduct a 10% early-cancellation fee from that remaining share. For example, if you joined on February 10 and cancel on May 25, that's 4 months elapsed (Feb–Mar, Mar–Apr, Apr–May, and the May–June month you're currently in) — you'd be refunded for the remaining 8 months, minus 10% of that 8-month share. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 working days.
A duplicate charge or a charge made in error is refunded in full regardless of plan or timing — report it within 7 days to gim.support@viara.tech with your account email and the payment details from your Razorpay receipt.
If a recurring charge (card or UPI AutoPay mandate) fails, Razorpay automatically retries it over the following days. While retries are in progress, your access may be placed in a limited/grace state rather than cut off immediately. If payment still can't be completed after retries are exhausted, your subscription is cancelled and GIM access is paused until you resubscribe — there's no free tier to fall back to.
